  • Wood sheets are produced in Belmont, MI and woods are sourced in the USA using 100% real, unaltered and natural wood material… and therefore, no two cards are alike!
  • The 0.015-0.025″ wood and paperback bonds a thing layer of wood and paper with biodegradable, non-toxic and FDA approved P-260EX adhesive, specially formulated for durability, high tear resistance and excellent impact strength.
  • Logs are purchased from well managed forests maintained by foresters who practice and follow sustainable yield harvesting procedures.
  • The wood production does not require the use of a single chemical or any water and uses minimal energy – one log creates thousands of card sheets.
  • As this product includes 100% real wood, it will be affected by temperature and humidity. If storing materials for a long amount of time, keep wrapped or in an airtight container.
  • Biodegradable at end of life (commercial composting recommended).
  • Digital 4-color (CMYK) print branding available on top header and backside
    • NOTE: cannot print the color white as the wood color and grain will show through. (If white is required, ask about screen or foil print for an additional fee.)
    • The printed ink is not 100% opaque. Depending on what wood species the item is printed on, the color or the ink may look slightly darker or a warmer tone due to the shade of the veneer.
  • Laser available on smaller quantities under 1,000 with wood & paperback sheets.
