Work with our circularity program to help keep conference and event badges and lanyards out of landfills. Let us design a proposal for your event that includes:

  1. A set of our unique, upcycled/recycled rental lanyards and/or name tags and badge holders
  2. Event floor-standing collection boxes (use ours or customize your own)
  3. Pre-paid mailer boxes to send it all back to Earthlight for reuse, plus partial credit back to you

Pricing

Please request a quote. Pricing depends on type of lanyard, quantity, take-back box requests and availability of rental lanyards (see options here).

Be sure to tell us what your budget is and we’ll do our best to find a solution that fits your needs!

 

How it works:

  • Choose what you need: from our rental lanyard sets (or make a special request!) and/or set(s) of badge holders or name tags from our Eco Name Badge line-up (for re-use we like these Wood Overlay options)
  • We’ll ship to your event: your lanyards/badges, floor-standing take-back boxes to collect materials at the end of your event (more below), plus a pre-paid shipping label to send it all back to us
  • We sort for reuse & credit back: you get partial credit back (typically 30-40%) for each lanyard we are able to sanitize and reuse for future events or badge/badge clip we can reuse

We do our best to repair and clean lanyards for reuse, but any units that can’t be salvaged are recycled properly with our commercial partners.

Take-back collection boxes:

15″ W x 15″ D x 27.6″ H OR 15″W x 15″D x 29.5″H

  • Use our design (pictured) with available 11″ x 8.5″ top sign for your event, or we can help you design your own
  • Freestanding and foldable for easy assembly and storage
  • Printed on recyclable white cardboard

Take-back collection boxes:

  • We can add a custom 11″ x 8.5″ event sign to affix to the top of our take-back boxes (as noted).
  • Or, we can create a fully-custom box(es) for maximum branding, $65 – $78 each.
  • Full-color digital printing available.
