Lanyard Rental & Reuse Program

Work with our circularity program to help keep conference and event badges and lanyards out of landfills. How it works:

  1. Choose what you need: from our rental lanyard options (or make a special request!), floor-standing event collection boxes and our customizable Eco Name Badge line-up.
  2. We’ll ship to your event & you make returns: we send your lanyards/badges, plus take-back boxes to collect items. Your lanyard box(es) include a pre-paid shipping label to re-use the box and return lanyards (and badges, as you wish) back to us.
  3. We sort for reuse & final invoicing: pay one low price (see tiers) for each Returned Lanyard we are able to sanitize and reuse or badge holder/badge clip we can reuse; pay another still-cost-effective price (versus buying) for each Un-Returned Lanyard for us to cover a replacement.

We do our best to repair and clean lanyards for reuse, but any units that can’t be salvaged are recycled properly with our commercial partners.
